how to cancel voice msg with cell Personal?

hello, please what is the number to digit when you hear you voice mail to delete a message. Went to a Personal retailer : they didnot know.. and don't find online. Thanks.

it's either 7 or 3...

if you know how to disable the voicemail option, please do tell.

it is 7 thank you. I think if you press 5 you can select your voicemail options.
