Why is this last one supposed to be funny? I understand the words, I just don't get the "humor."

I think the new one about the H20 maracuyada one is very funny at first they mock the name thinking its too "gay"
then they look into their own lifestyles and see how "metrosexuals" these "machos" really are! They all end up loving the drink!
