I can´t pay much but I can pay in dollars

Im looking for a cheap place to rent, month to month, in a somewhat good location near the B line. Doesnt have to be huge, but it would need to be furnished. I won´t pay more than 600 dollars a month. This would be in September onwards. I can promise that if it works out I will rent for at least 1 year. Let me know if you know anything. Thanks!

I have a Jewish friend who may be traveling again to NY City soon. He may stay for a few months I believe.
His apt is located in San Luis St and Paso, a Block from Pueyrredon Av and 3 blocks from Corrientes Av.
It is near the UBA Schools of Medicine, Economics, etc.
