I need sriracha!

Hi, all,

I´m in Buenos Aires for a short time doing a study abroad and I´d love to find some Sriracha. A bunch of the kids in my program are so homesick and if we could find this stuff or a market that might sell something like it, it would really go a long way in making them (me) happy.

Anyone ever seen it here. I´m from CA and I´m having serious, spiciness withdraws!

Barrio Chino!

The Asian Oriental grocery store at Mendoza 1655 sells the SUREE brand.

They also sell Phoenix and Earth brand sweet and hot chile sauce (760ml for 13 pesos/tall bottle) that is great on chicken, fish, and steamed veggies. Look for the roasted chicken on the label. Sometimes they're sold out (yesterday, for example). They always have lots of spices!
