I need to leave and come back, while I have issues?

I over stayed my visa and I now need to go back to the USA for a funeral and I will be coming back in a week. Besides having to pay the 300 peso fine and having to get the new entrance visa will I have any problems getting back in to Argentina?
 
Based on recent posts (or the lack thereof), probably not.

Sorry you have to go under these circumstances...
 
I just did it, except I went to Colonia. Absolutely no problems. But be aware, there is a pretty hefty charge at Ezeiza. Something to do with the 'tourist visa reciprocity'. That is, we charge Argies to enter the US on tourist visas.

Ironically, they don't charge at BuqueBus. Only at the airport.
