The government functions when it follows local and constitutional law, which is not being done here. You will argue that that is not the case, but then I would counter by asking why the majority of the people detained for interfering are being released with no charges - in fact, judges are pretty pissed off about all BS being brought before them, and federal prosecutors are leaving their jobs over it.

And if you believe we have to submit to unreasonable search and seizure, you are 100% against one of the most precious of our civil rights.

There's no excuse for the employers...but I've seen Argentines complaining...yes complaining about being en Blanco because the aportes cut into their take home pay. There are also quite a few that prefer being en negro...gambling debts, wage garnishments, avoiding child support, etc.

You don't get to such a huge negro market without some degree of cultural complicity.
