There are many instances of white cops fatally shooting unarmed black men.

The shooter justifies his action as self defense. Not every fatal shooting results in criminal charges brought against the cop, and when charges are brought, the cop is often acquitted. Two cases come to mind for me, Amadou Diallo, Bronx NY, 1999, and Timothy Thomas, Cincinnati, 2001. Both Diallo and Thomas met their death in the early hours of the morning, Diallo on the entrance to his apartment building, and Thomas in University Hospital.

The fatal shootings in Minneapolis by ICE personnel signal a new threat to the American people. Resistance to ICE can result in death, regardless of one’s citizenship, skin color, or criminal record. Should these shootings be viewed as rogue actions by untrained ICE personnel? Or are they perpetrated in broad daylight, with several phones recording each incident, by intent, as the vanguard of federal repression, and the abandonment of rule of law?

I have no literal answer to your question. What I could reply is that what is happening in the US are symptoms of the state of society. It appears there are things going wrong, there is no unity among people, but polarisation fed by frustration.

I think the wise thing to do would be for people to reflect on what is going on, to look for mutual understanding, tolerance and respect. Though I fear this may not happen and people may become more confrontational towards someone "from the other side". There are bad things going on in the US and what the US needs are voices standing up that call for unity, otherwise things may deteriorate.

The US is not the only place without problems. In Europe, populism is getting worse. Where I live, in Belgium, especially populism from the left is getting worse and becoming increasingly intolerant towards "the rich", it is starting to look like Argentina.

Lol...you left out George Floyd. Cops DID go to jail. Facts on that one slipped. GF was a criminal and an addict. The two men above you mentioned we not however.

The protesters are being paid by the left and George soros just like the 2020 riots . ICE AGENTS are being pushed to the limits just doing their jobs.

You play with fire. Youll die by it.

Moral of the story, just dont protest just to make money or defend illegals destroying the USA. Why is this so hard to understand?

Here's my takeaway: Criminals and addicts deserve to be murdered by LEOS; I have nothing to do with my time but watch conspiracy videos; Kool-Aid is delicious; I hate apostrophes.

Nice jab ...but its all out there. Facts are facts and denial is safe.

Lol yeah you probably also believed covid was legit and the solution was correct?
How'd that work out? Right lol

Lol...nice cope and very selfish.
But millions around the world would disagree. Your lack of empathy is very telling.
I dunno how you get a lack of empathy from that, but as one who experienced Covid first-hand, I am very empathetic. So, yeah, Covid was legit.

BTW, my sister - one of your lot - had Covid three times, and was miserable for 1-2 weeks each time, and once had to spend two nights in a hospital. I had Covid once, and I was pretty bad for 3-4 days. Gotta love science.

That's it - done with you.

BUT you said and I quote "
Pretty well. Actually".

Are there 2 persons posting in this thread to show by example what is going wrong in the US?
