If you have access to a share trading environment, take a look at the ARGENT GOVT bonds dated Jun02'17 and Dec15'35(Bond maturity dates).

These are the bonds that the Argentine government defaulted on... and they're still in the system as unpaid. They're status is: Trading Positions not supported, sovereign debt.

According to this article the breach between official rate and "cable" = black market is getting wider ( 5,44 to $ 5,53) and to be honest i don´t think it will stop there...

The "cable" market (contado con liquidación) is not a black market rate. It is a legal rate. It is the best exchange rate you can get for dollars today and it is 100% legal. I already have around 10 expats signed-up for my class and I'll be organizing for next week to teach people how to take advantage of this rate.
