Argentina central bank is starting to do business with China using RMB, instead of dollars. Some of the trading will be paid in RMB, not in peso, they made that clear.
ICBC will be the bank helping the process, they are all over Argentina now. ICBC is the biggest bank in China, one of the 4 state banks.
The second on the left is the head of AR Central Bank, I am more impressed by the tall girls on the second row.
