Lets see if I understand correctly: The abolished law required two years of permanent residency, but it now it is possible to obtain citizenship after either two or five years physical presence in Argentina, depending on the judge?

I think JoAnn should just ask at the court. Do you agree?

Exactly, most of the judges enforces law 21.795 wich has been abolished 27 years ago.

The valid law doesn t require for legal residency. It took me a hard work that the federal judges of capital federal accepts my thesis.

She should go to Court and ask for the requisites, agree about that. Please, post them. Regards

I called to Court and they ask 2 years of permanent Legal residency. It means 5 years because you need 3 years for permanent residency and then another 2 years.

I would also know someone who can provide the same service for lawyer since last year, I applied to a agency for visa but it was a illegal agency. I made a research via the internet on such law or ways to know Global Visas Fraud and I'm lucky to visit the site and know some facts. let me know your thoughts.

The way you double checks that the lawyer you are hiring is really a lawyer is the following:
http://www.cpacf.org.ar/GuiaAbo2/GuiaAbo3.aspx

There you will know if he is a lawyer, if he is active and his address. His address must be the same than the law firm according to law.

For example, add my info:
tomo: 97
Folia: 620
