Intensive study courses in BA (ie. Engineering)

I anticipate being a little bored during daytime hours this week. I miss learning things.

I'd love to learn something while I'm here, something useful like:

-electrical engineering
-cooking
-welding
-anything I.T related
-specialist engineering software such as CAD
-microsoft excel VBA programming
-crane operators license

Anything else you can think of? I tend to be here for a month at a time so intensive courses are the way.
