LOL very true.. Argentina is an expert at making things more complicated than necessary. Do note the reason they do this is because it gives people more opportunities to cheat and steal from the system, the less work the better.
 
...And in the end it’s ALWAYS someone else’s fault (who usually is not in the room.)

Fun fact, Spanish doesn’t have a direct translation for “accountability” which as we know is different from “responsibility”.

It is always fun asking “who is accountable for this project?” and explaining the word in a workplace here ... you see the fear in people’s eyes at the idea of actually being held “accountable” to something by an unforgiving foreigner.
