I actually spoke with them in a professional capacity as I was looking for some recruiting support.

They are a legitimate business. Yes, it's an aggressive environment and yes, there is no guarantee that you will succeed. However, it is a legit offer.

I assume he hasn't returned to post b/c it's not up to him to convince someone to work for his company on an anonymous internet forum. If someone is interested, the best bet is to contact the company and speak directly with them.

(I have no idea about how it is to work for them - I did know one person who was there but wound up leaving due to personal reasons).

You could email him to find out more. He's actually not the only one. There seems to be quite a few "ads" that never get a follow up from the OP. I'm still waiting for that guy who offered to bring stuff from the US.... Not holding my breath though!
