I need a wired internet connection for my job; does anyone know of any options besides Fibertel?

I am not sure about your province but I believe that arnet exists as well. Arnet requires a DNI and (from what I hear) is worse, while FiberTel does not require a DNI and works much better (being fiber optics)

get a wired (cable / DSL) and a 4g backup for when its down.
