Investing in Argentine ADRs stocks in NYSE

Seems like a very profitable option? Some ADRs stocks went up 20% after the PASO, and may go down the same % overnight. For a local Savvy trader with local information, an algorithm, and futures trading options on a mix of ADRs. US stocks may go up one digit perhaps?
I wonder? Perhaps some locals with good information are making bundles.
