Is anybody using Starlink locally?

Is anybody using Starlink locally?....I'm using Telecentro with Disney+ here but it's a bit of a ripoff.
Looking around for other options.

I believe that in some locations it's difficult to sign up as a new customer, since Starlink have been at max capacity in some regions (I know that was the case in places like Bariloche).

What's the situation now with Amazon's Project Kuiper? Wasn't it supposed to be available in Argentina and Chile? My sister is in another southern hemisphere country where the existing satellite providing her internet services is on the verge of falling out of the sky and she's looking at Starlink or Kuiper to replace it. Each of those systems, Starlink and Kuiper, is owned by a multi-billionaire but only one of those multi-billionaires has an actual track record of going into a huff and switching their system off for some of their customers.
