Is Tomorrow A Feriado?

And if so does that mean businesses/shops etc will be closed?
Just got back from my holidays and have made plans I may need to cancel.

Most governments offices and banks will be closed.

Shops - ita ll depends !!

We have an appointment tomorrow at the Spanish consulate and they have confirmed that it is still on !
