Can anybody explain what's with Sube? I though you can buy it in any kiosks, what changed?

Anyway, when I had not enough funds on the card I just asked somebody to use their card and gave them cash instead. You can do the same:)

There's a global EMV/NFC chip shortage, same thing for passports.
