The problem with 678 is not that it exists (or existed), it's that it was funded by a government that happened to benefit greatly from having a program that parrots its official line and doesn't even try to be impartial.

If it's funded with private money, power to them.

Only in Argentina does freedom of speech mean "freedom to have your speech paid for by the State", and withdrawing said pay = an assault on free speech. Incredible.

It's a very Argentine thing to rage against the world for existing, and to search for a scapegoat to blame for the river just running it's course.

In any normal place, for the government to use its advertising budget to single-handedly prop up media organizations with taxpayer funds, (not to mention overwhelmingly leaning towards a given viewpoint), would be an outrage. Here, outrage is feigned when a stop is put to this. Just bonkers.
