Lanata-Will He Stay?

So according to Lanato: 'I could be pulled any moment. It's incredible....take a look...'
But we tuned in to see if he still exists and lo and behold...
It's taken me a while, but I see his M O now.

Certainly they are independent of the government, and it's hard to imagine that government control of newsprint would improve the quality of Argentine journalism.

A lot of people would be shocked with this reveleation: It is not enough that Lanata say it to be true.

Anyone watch Lanata last night?
After nearly an hour of pantomime he announces stuff that we will find 'incredible':
D'Elia is always what we thought he was and a Minister of this regime is connected to drug trafficking.
After watching both reports I couldn't see much to incriminate D'Elia, although the comparisons with the gardener, chauffeur and other minions of NK were obvious.
Then the tenuous link between the Minister and the prawn drugs. I suppose many of us were hoping we would discover coke in the minister's briefcase, but not so.
 
How could you not mention the only thing that made last night's show interesting?


It might be worth catching Jorge Rial today, he was probably up all night drafting an excoriating return of serve.
 
Better reading about Periodismo para todos in the paper next day, you can youtube the 60 seconds of useful information and save yourself the horror of the 'light entertainment' which dominates proceedings.
