Lawmakers have given themselves a 40% pay raise

It figures , way over the inflation rate announced by Guzman in the yearly Budget address , which was 29.8 % Most Unions are negotiating over 40% like Truckers and Bank Workers....
 
40% sounds like they're getting screwed. Aren't other unions getting 50%+?
