Has anyone been to this Constitution restaurant? If so, what's it like?

I dined there about a year ago. The service was very good, and the food was excellent. Fine dining, not the kilo of meat and potatoes one can often encounter in popular joints in Bs. As. The only drawback was a jazz band performing. All the surfaces were hard; the acoustics muddied the performance.

Thanks for that info. I could do without the jazz band. What was the price range?
