Some place on Cabrera just past Julian Alvarez (going with traffic) on the ride side before you get to Lavalleja. I don't know if it's lesbo 7 days a week, but I used to see plenty o' girl-girl couples when I used to wait for the bus on the opposite side of Julian Alvarez in years past and my lesbian former roommate was familiar with the place.
Also, Amerika is gay but hetero friendly. I'm not sure where it is, but I'm sure you can find it on the interweb.
