$1600 pesos ($410 USD) Everything included.. American student looking to rent a room in my home in San Isidro. The room is very nice and large, furnished, with its own bath. The house is large about 2500 square feet with a large yard. I do have pets, so nobody with allergies. You need to be responsible, down to earth, clean (although i'm far from a neat freak i do like things to be organized) and low drama. Guy or girl, doesnt bother me. The house does have wireless internet, big kitchen, huge living room with fire place, dining room for 8, indoor quincho with parrilla, a second and third guest rooms, and an activity room on the second floor. 
Close to transportation, easy and quick to capital. Also, I dont know any expats here, all my friends are argentine. If you're new to the city i can introduce you to some great people and really help you get immersed in the culture. Fluent spanish here so if thats been troubling you I have no problem helping out in that dept. either.
