Hi! I am currently looking for public libraries in Buenos Aires that have computers with Internet available for public use. Ideally I would like to find one in the Belgrano/palermo area but anything works! Also if anyone sees this today, I'm wondering if any are open today during Easter sunday!

Thanks

I've never heard of such a thing here, but you might check with La bibilioteca nacional in Recoleta or la biblioteca del congreso. I doubt you'll find anything open today. Computers?

I am not sure about any libraries in Belgrano / Palermo, but this library in Montserrat / San Nicolás has computers with free internet access. You have to bring ID to sign up though (DNI) I don´t know if they will allow you access if you are not a resident, but you can try with a passport.

Look for a locotorio (spelling?). There's not that many around any more, but I remember being able to rent time on very old computers. Also, try going into a hotel like the Sheraton, they all have business centers and definitely open today.
