In La Pampa, west of Santa Rosa.
This is a critically endangered species - fewer than a thousand Crown Eagles, worldwide. With almost no money, a group of volunteers localized the nest, and hiked in to set up solar collectors, cameras and all wiring in the middle of nowhere. It is people like that who make me believe Argentina will eventually pull through.
