Have you inquired if they will accept a faxed or emailed wire instruction request to either a domestic or international bank?

I am not in urgent need of transferring from this particular account. But I appreciate further details how this work? Is there fees?

Are they willing to send the replacement debit card to a canadian address? You could open a virtual mailing address in Canada?
