We love our place in Colegiales, but unfortunately the owner wants to move back in.
Therefore, we're looking for a furnished one-bedroom apartment (actual one-bedroom, as in, a separate room with a door that closes) for less than US$700/month (incl expenses) starting March 20 or earlier, and we're happy to sign for six months or longer if needed.
We have great references, and would prefer to be somewhat central, although we're open to different neighborhoods.
