I've found only sites listing total cases, which can be misleading.

For instance, Uruguay has 162 cases to Argentina's 331. But Uruguay has 3.5 million people, while Argentina has 45 millions. So Uruguay's infection rate is much higher

Any ideas?

I saw one, Argentina was 7 cases per million as of yesterday. That is on the very low side of national averages. They say that will change as more testing centers are opened.

Thanks.... that's exactly what I was looking for.

Lists Uruguay at 47 cases per million to Argentina's 7

Surprisingly, China had 60, Italy 1144, and Switzerland 1053.........

Hardly this is very informative without taking numbers of people tested into the account.

Say, there are two countries of about the same population size. One has 200 cases and another one only 100. Do you think infection rate in the first one is twice higher? Now, what if first country tested everybody, and the second country conducted only 100 tests?

Those are confirmed cases of actually SICK people - not random testing. So it does not matter how many were tested.
