I am looking to rent a furnished apartment in Palermo (somewhat near Scalabrini Ortiz and Santa Fe preferably). I would consider having roommates but would also be interested in a single apartment (studio or one-bedroom). I am an international student at a graduate school in Buenos Aires. I am 26 and male. Hi, my name is Cristina, I manage studios in Recoleta if you would like I will be glad to send you pictures or show you the units available, the rate for long term rental is Usd750 but we make you a discount if pay three months in advance we only request 1 month security deposit. Location is Austria and Pacheco de Melo St. one block from Av Las Heras very close to Av Santa Fe.
