Looking for apt - LC or Palermo

I am looking for apts for my return to BsAs in a few weeks. If anyone knows of any - please let me know. The following are requirements: 2 BR or at least 1 BR and a study, furnished, long-term lease (6 months initially, if all goes well, will renew another six), Must have hi-speed internet access, would like a doorman, pool would be definitely preferred. I am looking at Palermo or Las Canitas area.
I am open on price but I do know the market so please don't send me ridiculously over-priced stuff.
I am looking locally & I do have a guarantia but would prefer not to have to go that route & furnish an apt just yet.

I'm the owner of a 1bdr. apartment, in Palermo Rosedal,next to USA Embassy.
with pool in garden, balcony, gym,sauna, doorman,24hs security,fully equipped,etc.etc.
