Hi,
I am new in Buenos Aires with the task to start up an office here. It seems pretty complicated to find someone willing to accept money as a replacement for the garantia.
We are prepared to pay 6-8 months rent as a deposit and have companies with sufficient assets set up in Europe that can serve as some sort of security. We are looking for a top floor office in either Recoleta, Palermo Alto or Microcentro in a newish building where superfast internet connection is possible. The office should be 200-250m2 and 20USD/m2 is acceptable.
Can someone recommend an office owner or real estate agent? We pay top dollars as commission as long as he does a good job finding us what we want.
