Macri Opportunism: Wants To Enact Law To Protect Clarin

The hypocrisy in this ridiculous statement is so striking that it almost hurts.

Meanwhile, while the 'Lawyers' up here 'dazzle' us with their 'brilliance' , down south in Rio Gallegos 250x photos turn up of Lazzaro Baez moving Cristina's hidden ca$h stash from one hiding spot to another. You won't see all the photos just yet. You'll have to wait till Sunday night for Lanata - if Cristina doesn't decide to stop the telecast that is.

EDIT: Briefly, in the last 24hrs a worker who has worked for Lazzaro Baez for many years, has blown the whistle on his boss. On that very same night that Lanata first revealed Baez gate, 4x weeks ago, they dismantled & transfered all the contents of the safety deposit boxes at 3am in the morning Baez ordered two workers to help him move the hidden 'Fund$' stashed away in one of his properties, to another property where Nestor used to sometimes stay the night.
Lilita Carrio presented a denuncia yesterday afternoon & the worker was put under the witness protection program by a reluctant K judge who subsequently transferred the case to Rio de Gallegos so that it can be taken over by the 'K' friendly judges down there. They are carting away the stolen loot in trucks & no one is doing a thing to stop them. No wonder they want to shut down Clarin.

Cemeriu, your comment was also xenophobic because you believe that is not possible that Argentines brains something.
We don t have a strong industry but we have strong cultrural life that is living right now a golden age.
Regarding the influence of argentinians in south america, the cultural influence is huge:
Here i have a link of and ngo where Binder continues Maier's work:
www.inecip.org/index.php/institucional/nuestrasredes
As you can read, its title is, precisely, latinamerican network for the democratization of latin america and the mother house is in BA.

So, you made a big and silly mistake, i would never attack like that a professional because has tons more info than you. It is wiser to ask instead of to assert.

If you make a simple google search, you will find the project of criminal procedure code for latin america design by Maier that was of big influence in the reforms in latin america.

Seems your apologize is going to be big.

Nootebookfix, your posr is offtopic. Open your thread about it.
Bajo....shut the FUNK up!...pretty soon you'll breathe a sigh of relief when Cristina gets to shut down the free press. Clarin's refusal to stop exposing the MONEY THEFT SCANDAL down south & the MOUNTAIN of CORRUPTION under this government is the very reason this thread exists.

Keep watching this space everyone, if I get a 'Carta documento' or if the AFIP comes knocking on my door I'll keep you all posted on it. Don't mess with BA Lawyers, especially the "NON Kircheristas" types connected with the Federal Justice system who pay out $62,000 in IVA every month.

The Great Argentine Jurists! Ha ha, what are their names again? Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe?

Obviously you have lost your mind. I have no doubt that Argentinians have brains and they can be the mastermind of many things, including disastrous wars and stupid economic plans. But I see no evidence that your "master", as good as he might be, was as you put it: "the brains behind the democratization of the justice system in ALL AROUND OF SOUTH AMERICA". Do you realize what you said there? Do you understand that you are saying that your professor did not influence, did not affect, but masterminded the judicial system in ALL AROUND SOUTH AMERICA? Are you completely nuts? My mother, and many other Brazilians, worked DIRECTLY on the writing of the first really democratic Brazilian Constitution back in 1985-86, specifically on the judicial system part, and she never heard of this guy. AGAIN, that is not to say that he is ins't a great jurist, but he for sure as hell was NOT the brains behind Brazil's current judicial system. Could some of his works, treaties and whatnot have influenced some of it? Yes, it could. Was he the brains behind it? Only a lunatic or a Argentinian with an country ego bigger than its brain (which is not rare) would say such a thing.
