The IRS, in their infinite wisdom, sent my tax refund by mail instead of direct deposit, in February, to my Argentine address and it’s not here yet. Meanwhile, I’ve had a friend send an Easter card that arrived in less than two weeks since then, according to the postmark.
What are the chances my IRS refund actually makes it here, or should I call them and see if they’ll send to a US address, instead?
