Hi all, I was hoping to find some marshmallows for a birthday cake project.
Anyone ever seen any here?
(yes, I know it is a shot in the dark...)
 
I have a new bag my friend sent me last month that I won't use. It's all yours!

Yes, they do exist here. They are called "malvaviscos". The puffy white ones used to be sold in big supermarkets, like Jumbo, but that was a few years ago. The ones that are more widely available are usually pink or twisted style different colors, brand name is "fini" from Brazil. You can find them at those big candy stores that sell things in bulk, usually in 200gr and 500gr bags. Have fun!
 
You can get the pink and white twisty ones from a candy kiosk at the DOT Shopping if you're anywhere near there, they also have great sour gummies!
 
Marshmallows! I think I saw some in Carrefour on Santa Fe between Scalabrini y Coronell Diaz.
Perhaps try China Town as well.
