Meeting tutor at cafe

I have my first meeting with a Spanish tutor this afternoon. We are meeting at a cafe, and I'm wondering what the norm is around paying for what the tutor orders. Am I correct in assuming I should pay?

i used to have classes in a cafe and we paid half each...the classes are expensive enough as thay are,so do not offer to pay,only what you drink/eat,enjoy the experience...
