Mendoza Recommendations

Hi,
My fiance and I are going to Mendoza for 5 days and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on places to stay (We prefer non-hotels or hostels) ideas for excursions to do, places to eat, and any other advice you may have! We are very active, outdoors kind of people, but we are also looking to relax. Thanks for the help!

We really enjoyed our time at Pousada Olivar. The owner, Jose, is a wonderful host and does the best asado we've ever had. We didn't have any other memorable meals there, but some of the wineries have restaurants with ambiance. Of the winery tours, we liked Uco Valley best. There are several beautiful newer wineries in a setting that reminded us of California wine country.
