My wife and I are thinking of buying a place outside of mendoza possibly in Valle de Uco or San Rafael. Any info re: these places? The people/crime/property costs/problems/upside/downside??

We are going for a study trip soon. We have not spent anytime as of yet. We are not interested in a big city like BA.
