does anybody know where exactly in liniers this wonderful peruvian/bolivian food and spice market is? i keep hearing about it but no one seems to know exactly where it is.

Well, do you expect me to say go, it is safe when it is not? I am clearly not one to lie about the obvious. When I say such things is because I know a lot of expats just for the looks or accent are easy targets, sorry if this upsets you.
