whatever he thinks, he'd be wise to keep quiet and focus on the economy. The same for his foreign trips. Alienating Colombia, making unnecessary trips to Israel and Switzerland do not help Argentina. The crisis is grave and he needs to put all of his energy into taming inflation and stimulating the economy.
 
I have friends who cry whenever they pass certain buildings, because they are the locations where their friends and relatives were disappeared. I know one expat argentine who will not return, because there are so many spots like that in BA that she just cries for days.
There is no "debate". There are only holes in the fabric of society, from people pushed out of airplanes over the Atlantic.
