Moneygram in BA

has anyone ever sent money to BA or received money in BA via Moneygram?
They say they can send up to 10k at 2%. Wondering if this is a way to legally wire and get money into the country. I know ATM is the best, but with the new limit and all the fees, I am wondering if a large moneygram once a month or so would be a good idea. Anyone done it? any restrictions? I assume they give you the full amount.
