More than 12,000 SMEs closed under Milei’s administration

Little more than a headline.. no information given about the closures (e.g. what is the source of the raw data, how it compares to previous years, how many companies closed were just "paper" companies and how many were actually trading, or what impact on employment or poverty it has or does not have)

The source, PrensaLatina is also Cuban state media/ propaganda.

"In short, the Argentine economy enters July with a considerable improvement in some of its macroeconomic indicators (Public Spending; Inflation; Exchange Rate; International Reserves), but with other indicators that are generating more doubts than certainties (Economic Activity; Consumption; Employment; Industrial Activity; Foreign Trade) and reflect a productive structure that remains weakened. Can this two-speed economy be sustained? For the moment, everything seems to indicate yes, although we will have to pay close attention to market expectations in the coming months."
