I believe Massa isn't coming out for 2015 just yet as he might feel it an election too soon and that he might be better going along with the FpV for this term. Right now he is closer to them (photo ops and conciliatory statements than he is too Macri, the pre-election posturing was nothing more than clever PR when the govt's name was mud. Now, his natural home is closer to FpV than PRO.
