i want to move to Buenos aires for studying purposes. I want to study spanish.I have been to many times so far and i really like the country, i would like to know if i can study for free? or if i must pay?
How can i obtain a student visa? and for how long and how easy is it to get? Am i allowed to work with this if i get a DNI?
