I'm new to BA and have to kids who love movies, where is a good place to take them that might play the latest movies in English in the Martinez area?

The big theatres usually show kids' movies in spanish and english, I'm not sure about Martinez specifically but you could always take them to Hoyts in the Dot shopping center!

In Martinez you have Unicenter (Parana & Panamericana) as the best solution: 14-halls cinema on the top level, all movies in English (with subtitles) or Spanish. Same cinema-net as in DOT (Hoyts). You could find full info here: http://www.unicenter.com.ar/pages/hoyts.html Across the Panamericana you also have Showcase in Norcenter http://www.todoshowcase.com/index.php?option=com_showcase&view=cine&slug=showcase-norte&c=cine&Itemid=171 . That's only IMAX cinema in Argentina ))))

Actually check the language of the movie before you go. Not all movies are in English and subtitled. Children's movies are generally dubbed into Spanish as kids can't really read or if they can, read fast enough to enjoy a kid's movie.

Under each movie you can "eliga una version" There you see if it's in Castellano or Subtitulada.
