Moving back to the States... have apt 4 rent

I'll be moving back to the US in the very near future, date to be determined. I own a beautiful 2 bed 1 1/2 bath apt in Recoleta. It is fully furnished. I know that all rental contracts are for 2 years here in BsAs. Is there anyway that I could rent with a 6 month or 1 year lease?
