In what context are you looking at "appliances"? Are you looking where is says "only one of each major appliances". Major appliances are fridges, cooker/oven, washing machine, drier, etc.

We brought in more than one computer without a problem. But they didn't travel together. We brought in two laptops, on each per person on the plane & we had a desktop with screen shipped in. So I don't know if that makes a difference. I doubt it unless you are bringing in 20 of them without justification.

Do note that you must make a note of the serial numbers on all electric appliances, anything with a power cord (well, except lamps/lights). They have to list the serial numbers on the bill of lading.
