Mud Oven Cooking

Anyone have a mud oven? Any tips and recipes for cooking in one appreciated.

Try going to splendidtable.org and search for mud ovens. I'm pretty sure I heard a show on the Splendid Table on NPR about mud ovens.

Recipes? For mud oven?
All the times ive used a mud oven I have cooked with it just like I cook anything else.
Throw some seasonings on it and throw it in.
It usually takes a little longer, depending on the size of the oven and fire, since you cant regulate the heat.

Pretty much just like Argentine ovens....
