The list is good, but my favorites are
Zivals- Corrientes y Callao. Huge, knowledgable staff, and most cds you can listen to before buying.

Notorious- Callao, between Charcas y Paraguay.
Again, great staff who know their stuff, in house music shows many nights.

Miles- Honduras, in Palermo Soho. once again, the staff knows that Gaby Kerpel is also King Coya, and can really help steer you to stuff that you would like if you give them some clues.

These three will usually have almost any argentine music you want, or can get it. Many of the local record companies dont press huge amounts, and most record stores here dont order hundreds of copies, so sometimes it can take some time to track down older CD's.
Now if what you are interested in is imported, euro or US stuff, again, all three are pretty good- but expect to pay- its not uncommon for imported CDs to be double and sometimes even triple what local music costs.
Me, I eat local, and I listen local. When in BsAs, I consume local music. There is lots and lots of it, in every category, and a lot of it is world class.
