National Bank Currency Exchange

I understand the National Bank counter at the airport is a good place to exchange USD but I wanted to know if the National Bank branch in Palermo also provides the same service and rate ?

From my experience we always exchange at the airport for the best rate going. Sometimes we need about 45 minutes to get that accomplished as the line can be long there.
